摘要:
Cooperation alliances between the University-Government have always been on the debate agenda of decision-makers and scientists. The study was aimed at: Determine the mechanisms that contribute to the strengthening of cooperation alliances between the university and local government based on development. The experience was implemented from the "Marta Abreu" Central University of Las Villas and covered four municipalities in the Villa Clara province. A qualitative approach prevailed and proposed 4 stages: Clarification of the demand; Diagnosis; Planning and execution; Monitoring and evaluation. The creation of a technical advisory group made up of students was proposed, who identified potentialities, limitations and mechanisms for government management. They are: the creation of process management structures that strengthen institutions and promote a culture of alliances; a systemic approach, which strengthens university-territories-local governments links by putting science in the function of local development from a multidisciplinary perspective; taking advantage of the productive potential and the qualified workforce; strengthening transparency in the management of local governments, through the participation of students in administrative actions and activities; and intend continuous training of both local actors and students.
