摘要
Within work relationships, safety and health at work are an essential tool to maintain order, health and dignity of workers, therefore, there is tension in the practical world about the lack of application and regulatory compliance in the administration of human talent; The above precisely expresses the manifestations of factual omissions that refer to the shortcomings of the term decent work. Therefore, this scientific article is the result of a qualitative research process with a hermeneutic-documentary approach based on observation and documentary analysis, analyzes the contributions to the occupational risk system from a methodical perspective on safety and health in the job. It is concluded that the guarantees to achieve decent work lie in the legal-social elements, based on the interpretation of the normative legal precepts emanating from the International Labor Organization, as well as the operation of the insurance system.
