摘要：

We report an unusual case of naevoid hyperkeratosis of the nipple and/or areola. A 36-year-old woman presented with asymptomatic, dark, verrucous, hard plaques on both the nipples and areolas, which had developed over the preceding 19 years. Just over 100 cases have been reported globally in the past 100 years.
