摘要
To address the limited participation of industrial enterprises in using renewable energy (RE) and the problem of poor returns, an optimal dispatching strategy is proposed for introducing industrial loads from wind and photovoltaic energy production. First, we establish the production process constraint structure in the magnesium industry and analyze the spatial distribution of arc power from a process point perspective. Then, to calculate the cost of wind and photovoltaic energy consumption at each stage and derive a strategy for industrial loads, we apply the "industrial load + energy storage" method. Finally, we present optimization objectives to minimize operational costs and maximize consumption. We conducted simulations that considered both the cost of regulation and consumption to optimize industrial load modifications and integrate the systems. An optimization method is proposed, which fairly allocates each dispatchable resource in each time interval. The results show that the methodology proposed in this paper effectively improves general consumption without additional investment, and affords better engineering value in the actual project.
