摘要：

In Santa Fe, Argentina, 3.3% of kidney transplant patients developed histoplasmosis, indicating the highest incidence documented to date. Molecular tests were the most effective for diagnosis, and treatment with amphotericin B was successful in 83% of cases. Early detection and treatment are crucial.
