摘要
To study the cause for rail corrugation on the metro steel spring floating slab straight track, based on the coupled vibration theory, the relationship between the system inherent attributes and the corrugation occurrence is analyzed. Field investigation shows that there is obvious short-pitch corrugation with the passing frequency of 343-375 Hz. Numerical analysis indicates that the formation mechanism of the measured corrugation can be elaborated as the lateral bending vibration of the wheelset corresponding to the eigenfrequency of 358 Hz induces rail corrugation. The variations of fastener vertical stiffness and steel spring isolator vertical stiffness can effectively suppress measured corrugation.
