摘要
During a survey of microfungi associated with coffee trees in Jinghong City, Yunnan Province, China, decaying twigs of Arabica coffee with black fungi fruiting bodies were collected, and an interesting fungus was subsequently isolated and identified. Maximum likelihood and Bayesian analyses of combined ITS, LSU, SSU, rpb2, and tef1-alpha genes showed the fungus belongs to Aquadictyospora (Dictyosporiaceae, Pleosporales) and is well separated from closely related species. Based on morphological comparison with closely related taxa and multigene phylogenetic analyses, Aquadictyospora yunnanensis sp. nov. is introduced, with a description, detailed morphological illustration, and phylogenetic analysis results.
