Cooperative Learning at University: A Qualitative Data Analysis

摘要
The study analyses cooperative learning in university teacher training for elementary education. It highlights the importance of collaborative skills in today's society and investigates how group work benefits the skills of future teachers. A questionnaire consisting of three parts is used, analysing the qualitative responses. The results show that students value the improvement in learning, pleasant environment and social relations. However, challenges include unequal participation, lack of time and interpersonal conflicts. The need to address these challenges is emphasized and it is suggested to implement strategies to promote respect, roles and autonomy.
