摘要
Glaciers have never really interested the law, except for a few mentions in property law in certain legislations or as territorial markers constituting borders. After recalling the main international initiatives on this matter, the author evokes the progression of a "metaphysical approach" in the multiplication of ceremonies for the disappearance of glaciers. Finally, he outlines a some operational guidelines for the protection of the ecosystems resulting from the disappearance of the glaciers.
