摘要
In this paper, a novel method is presented to increase the developability of the quasi-developable B & eacute;zier surface from two design curves using the Simulated Annealing-based Shape Parameter Search (SASPS) algorithm based on the shape parameters of the cubic B & eacute;zier design curves. In addition, another new method for determining the number of sampling points is given to increase the developability degree. It allows perturbing the design curves within the limits allowed by the user based on the shape parameters. We also defined a multi-objective function for the optimal quasi-developable B & eacute;zier surface. Example models show that the proposed method is efficient and effective in achieving optimal developability.
