Otomyiasis caused by Lucilia Sericata: A case report

Otomysis is the infestation of human ears with dipterous larvae. It is a rare medical issue, primarily observed in individuals with underlying vulnerabilities residing in tropical and subtropical regions. A 56-year-old farmer, with a history of chronic otitis media, presented to our emergency department for otalgia and pruritus of the right ear. Otoscopic examination revealed numerous whitish larvae.
