摘要
The new floating detector can collect typhoon-related data more accurately and prevent the bad effects of typhoons. The monopole antenna with top-loaded 3D-Hilbert fractal structure can meet the requirements of the communication antenna carried by the detector. At the central operating frequency of 400MHz, the antenna proposed in this paper realizes the function of omnidirectional radiation while occupying a small volume.
