摘要
This article presents the results of a comparative study of two energy community models in the Caribbean Region of Colombia, one urban and one rural. Three axes of development and operation were reviewed: technological infrastructure, governance model, and financial viability. The analysis considered compliance with Colombian regulations and CREG resolutions, which enable such projects at a national level. Ultimately, valuable insights were gained that support recommending the implementation of viable energy communities in the region.
