This clinical image highlights a rare instance of primary pulmonary dedifferentiated liposarcoma, detailing its diagnosis through comprehensive imaging, pathological, and immunohistochemical analyses, followed by successful surgical resection and favourable patient recovery, thereby providing valuable insights for the management of this uncommon tumour.
