摘要
Introduction: Different technologies leads to new forms of social and sexual interaction, transferring violence to the digital space in adolescents. Objetive: Analize the relationship between sexual cyber violence factors in Mexican adolescences. Methodology: A descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional study in 91 adolescents. Instruments of Sexual Cybervictimization, Sexting, Parental Supervision and the Identification Questionnaire of Disorders Due to Alcohol Consumption were applied. Results: A prevalence of 60.4% of sexual cyberviolence was found, this was associated with being a woman (X-2=4.35, p=.037), started sexual life (X-2=15.11, p=.0001) and practicing sexting (X-2=10.35, p=.001). Being a woman (OR 2.49; 95% CI [1.10, 5.95]), started sexual life (OR 8.29; CI 95% [2.58, 26.62]) and practicing sexting (OR 4.52; 95% CI 95% [1.75, 11.68]) increased the risk of sexual cyberviolence. Conclusions: Identification of these factors could facilitate the design of effective interventions for sexual well-being and prevent sexual cyberviolence in adolescents.
