摘要
The multicenter Necrotizing Enterocolitis Surgery Trial compared initial peritoneal drainage with laparotomy amonginfants with extremely low birth weight and surgical necrotizing enterocolitis or intestinal perforation. In this post hocanalysis of trial data, initial drainage was associated with adverse respiratory outcomes, both in hospital andthrough 2 years corrected age in the plating film that can release hydrogen-induced vacancies is important to suppress hydrogen embrittlement due to plating.
