摘要
In order to obtain the temperature field distribution of oil-immersed transformer more accurately, a two-dimensional simplified model of transformer is established based on the principles of fluid mechanics and heat transfer without simplifying the oil pillow. The multi-field coupling distribution of two-phase flow and fluid field-temperature field is simulated. The effects of surface temperature, external temperature and heat loss on the oil temperature difference between the top oil temperature of the transformer and the initial liquid level center of the insulating oil are investigated. The influence of heat loss on the insulating oil level in the oil pillow is also studied. Finally, a fast calculation method for calculating the top oil temperature of the tank such as input heat loss is proposed, which can improve the calculation efficiency of the transformer temperature field.
