摘要：

Approximately 95% of wall tumors are comprised of desmoid tumors and sarcomas, demonstrating heterogeneous behavior. Schwannomas have benign behavior and account 5% of soft tissue tumors, with 2% of these occurring in the abdominal wall. Their diagnosis commonly occurs incidentally. It is presented the case of a 29-year-old female with no significant medical history, who underwent prior resection before our assessment.The patient presented a 4 cm diameter tumor in the same region, it was soft and mobile. Diagnostic approach involved ultrasound and computed tomography, with contrast enhancement observed within the fatty tissue. Wide resection was performed, leading a definitive pathological diagnosis of schwannoma.
