摘要:
In this study, a vortex-type turbine suitable for installation in agricultural irrigation channels was designed, and a vortex-type turbine and main control SCADA program were designed to ensure that the system control and electrical output values were at the desired level. Scada and microcontroller (PLC) control the system by controlling all variable parameters with the PID control method to ensure that the installed turbine output electrical values (Full sine wave, 50Hz, 380v) are ideal. The vortex turbine is seen as the most suitable turbine type to be installed due to the minimum height of the irrigation channels and the open channel. In the installed turbine, the control was made by decreasing or increasing the flow rate of the water coming into the reservoir and changing the turbine blade angle. It is aimed to calculate and position the ideal position in the system software in two different controls. When one-sided control is performed, the energy output values are compared with the results when two parameter controls are made. In addition, the change in energy output values was observed only when two different variables were kept constant at the highest efficiency.
