摘要
This article offers advice for colleges recruiting international students from Francophone countries to help sustain and grow French and Fran- cophone studies programs, promote institutional goals of diversity and, most importantly, provide these students with tools to make a lasting impact on American campuses and be successful in their future endeavors. Drawing on personal teaching experiences as concrete examples, this paper offers strategies for creating inclusive pedagogical spaces for Francophone students through curated course content that helps them see, hear, and make themselves heard in the language program, the university, and the greater Francophone community.
