摘要
Two decades of literature published in SCOPUS-listed journals from 2001 to 2021 were analysed for the systematic literature review. Seminal articles were selected through the application of PRISMA-S checklist. A proposal for succeeding research is provided through the application of Theory, Construct, Context and Methods (TCCM) tool on the integration of the selected papers generating a conceptual framework for strategising healthcare organisational culture (HOC) in the era of HR 5.0. The observed research gaps were a lack of qualitative research on primary and secondary HOC and a scarcity of research on the prevailing HOCs in the Asian region (India). A lack of study on strategically utilising organizational culture for better human resource activities in the period of HR 5.0 in healthcare organisations was observed through the literature analysis.
