摘要
This study investigates the performance analysis and experimental validation of an outer-rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor designed for drone applications. Analytical method and finite element method (FEM) are used to evaluate key electromagnetic parameters, including air gap flux density, back-EMF, inductance, phase resistance, and electromagnetic torque. Analytical modeling provides an efficient approach for early design validation, while FEM provides detailed insight into electromagnetic performance. To validate the simulation results, a prototype motor is fabricated and experimentally tested. The results demonstrate the accuracy and reliability of the proposed design methodology, providing essential insights for the development of high-efficiency, lightweight motors for drone applications.
