摘要
The study examines how work-life balance (WLB) affects job satisfaction (JS). The study examines how remote work, virtual collaboration, family-friendly policies, parental leave initiatives, environmental sustainability initiatives, and psychological well-being affect work-life balance (WLB) and job satisfaction (JS). It examines gender and economic differences in these dynamics. The study takes a quantitative research strategy, gathering primary data using structured surveys from a sample of 268 employees from diverse businesses in India. Surveys were sent via social media sites, with a response rate of 84%. Data analysis gives a sophisticated picture of the interplay of several elements impacting work-life balance (WLB) and job satisfaction (JS). The findings show that remote work and virtual collaboration improve both work-life dynamics (WLD) and job satisfaction (JS) among employees. Similarly, family-friendly policies and parental leave programmes are critical in promoting healthy work-life balance (WLB) and job satisfaction (JS). Furthermore, the implementation of environmental sustainability programmes is favourably correlated with workplace culture and job happiness. The study found a substantial and favourable relationship between digital well-being, psychological well-being, and job satisfaction (JS) in the workplace. Furthermore, it emphasizes inequalities in work-life dynamics (WLD) and job satisfaction (JS) among various genders and income levels. The report provides practical recommendations for organisations looking to improve employee happiness and efficiency. Understanding the influence of remote work, family-friendly policies, environmental sustainability efforts, and psychological well-being on work-life balance (WLB) and job satisfaction (JS) allows organisations to apply tailored tactics to build a supportive and happy work environment.
