In this paper, we introduce the mixed radial-angular homogeneous CMOspaces CMOLp2radLp1ang( Rn) and the mixed radial-angular Herz spaces. Ka, qLp2radLp1ang( Rn), respectively. Furthermore, the boundedness of commutators H ss,bgenerated by the fractional Hardy operators H ss with a function bin CMOLp2radLp1ang( Rn) are established on. Ka, qLp2radLp1ang( Rn). Meanwhile, the corresponding results for H ss,bwhen b. CMOLp2,.radLp1ang( Rn), the mixed radial-angular homogeneous.-central bounded mean oscillation spaces, are also considered on BLp2,.radLp1ang( Rn), the mixed radial-angular homogeneous.central Morrey spaces.
