摘要
During the pandemic period, the need for human replacement in various production areas was more than obvious and opened new horizons. This paper wants to present an idea to improve the automation of car production by replacing the operator on the flow and using IIoT and smart tagging. The big players in the market have already introduced, in certain areas, not only robotics but also smart labelling. An extension to the entire manufacturing process is welcome. The advantages of implementing this system are great, pre-processing, processing and post-processing. Depreciation can be done quickly by integrating the entire system and using Engineering 5.0.
