摘要
The mixture of synthetic and mineral oils is becoming popular, retaining the advantages of synthetic oils at a lower cost. In this work, the main objective was to create lubricating oils based on nitrogen-containing derivatives of mono- and diesters of alkenyl succinic acids and mineral oils (T-46, AK-15), and to study their characteristics, such as viscosity, temperature indices and operational properties. Lubricating compositions were created by mixing mineral oil (T-46 or AK-15) with amides or nitro compounds of esters of alkenyl succinic acids until a homogeneous consistency was obtained at room temperature. Then a study was carried out of their characteristics, such as acid number, viscosity at various temperatures, viscosity index, pour point and flash point. It was found that all nitrogen-containing derivatives of alkenyl succinic acids have the properties of non-Newtonian fluids. As rotation speed increases, their dynamic viscosity decreases, especially noticeably at low temperatures. This dependence becomes more pronounced as the rotation speed increases. Experiments on the thermal- oxidative stability of lubricating oils and their compositions based on amidoesters of alkenyl succinic acids have shown a significant decrease in deposit formation after oxidation. This indicates an improvement in product quality. The influence of the structural features of amide groups on the formation of deposits during oxidation highlights the importance of proper selection of components to ensure lubricant stability. Addition of nitrogen-containing derivatives of alkenyl succinic acids to mineral oils leads to an improvement in thermal-oxidative properties. This results in reduced viscosity gain and stabilization of acid number, confirming the potential of these compounds to optimize lubricant performance
