摘要：
Hairdressing services are currently one of the fastest growing personal services in Poland. This is related to both the improvement of the living conditions of Poles and cultural conditions, including global trends glorifying the appearance of a person and their beauty. The article, based on data on the number of hairdressing salons, determines the dynamics of the development of hairdressing services and their spatial distribution. Hairdressing services are sensitive to changes in the economic situation. An important element is also the degree of urbanization and the age structure of society.
