摘要
In recent years, terahertz (THz) communication has been regarded as the key technology of sixth generation (6G) wireless communication system, and THz channel modeling is seen as its important theoretical basis. In this paper, an empirical indoor THz channel characterization at 285 GHz for 6G is presented. The simulation is carried out by the ray tracing method. The propagation characteristics, including path loss and time delay are researched. Moreover, Back Propagation (BP) neural network is applied to assist prediction of channel characteristics. The results show that the BP neural network has higher accuracy than ray tracing simulation. Finally, a clustering technique is provided.
