摘要
Urban areas worldwide are implementing measures to mitigate the environmental and lifestyle impacts of extensive private car usage. This paper introduces a mobile platform designed to address these challenges by offering a flexible system for renting electric cars within urban settings, integrating shared mobility concepts with a strong user-centric approach. The platform serves as a central hub for managing electric vehicle rentals, with a streamlined registration process requiring only a phone number, email and license for user engagement. Beyond sustainability goals, the project prioritizes transparency and security by implementing a blockchain-based database, ensuring data integrity and financial security. This approach not only promotes sustainable mobility but also tackles key urban challenges such as traffic congestion and air pollution. By leveraging advanced technologies and focusing on user needs, the platform represents a significant step towards enhancing urban mobility while contributing to a cleaner and more efficient urban environment.
