摘要
Art and technology have continuously evolved by influencing each other throughout history, with artificial intelligence (AI) being the latest and perhaps most revolutionary example. The impact of AI on contemporary art has caused us to question the facts that ground the traditional understanding of art and the direction in which contemporary art is evolving. Artificial intelligence-based artworks, with the use of algorithms and data sets, have emerged across various fields, including literature, performance arts, visual and audio arts. These works have been evaluated for both technical skill and creative expression, raising the question of whether artificial intelligence is a tool for artists or a co-creator. Findings clearly demonstrate the diversity and depth of AI's role in the arts. In this context, while artificial intelligence is used as a means of expression and expression in some works of art, it is observed that in different works it plays the role of making the audience question the potential of creativity and the autonomous existence of the work of art. While the ongoing artificial intelligence debates are evaluated within a very broad framework, they also bring up many different issues such as ethics, originality, ownership, creativity and skill. In this study, the close relationship of the mentioned concept with contemporary art practices will be evaluated by focusing on the concepts of skill and creativity in contemporary works and artists.
