摘要
To construct a scientific and reasonable navigation risk assessment index system for intelligent ships, navigation risk factor indexes conforming to the characteristics of intelligent ships were firstly collected according to the principle of index selection and literature retrieval; Secondly, starting from the four aspects of "Ship- Remote control center- Environment- Emergency management", the Delphi method, entropy theory, and improved correlation coefficient method are comprehensively used to screen the collected risk factor indicators according to the importance and global correlation, and the risk factor indicators with high information overlap and low effective information content are eliminated. This paper proposes a method to construct the navigation risk evaluation index system of intelligent ships based on the Delphi- Entropy- Improved correlation coefficient model; Finally, a nautical simulator is used for case studies, and based on the entropy theory, the concept of overall identification of the index system is put forward to verify the rationality of the index system. The results show that this method not only improves the efficiency of index screening but also comprehensively considers the main factors that affect the navigation risk of intelligent ships. Calculation results indicate that the established evaluation index system can successfully evaluate the navigation risk of intelligent ships.
