摘要
This paper presents a review of the current research literature about Quality 4.0 and Zero-Defect Manufacturing maturity assessment. Thirty-five articles were identified, and their content analyzed to map the main dimensions and factors, the definition of maturity levels, assessment methods, applicability to SMEs and other characteristics of existing studies. Limitations of existing research and areas where further investigation is needed were also pinpointed to inform future research directions. Copyright (C) 2024 The Authors.
