摘要
This study examines organisational learning, job satisfaction, and individual innovative behaviour in Macao's non-profit organisations (NPOs). Despite increasing attention to innovation in NPOs, individual-level innovative behaviour, particularly from social workers' perspectives, remains understudied. To address this gap, the study employed structural equation modelling and Person-Environment Fit theory to analyse data from 287 Macao social workers. Results show that job satisfaction mediates the relationship between organisational learning and individual innovative behaviour. These findings enrich Person-Environment Fit theory in social work and offer valuable insights for NPOs to promote innovation and growth.
