摘要
The maximum X-ray emission intensity from a cold cathode flat panel X-ray source is limited by the heat produced on the anode. The effect of driving modes on the anode temperature was simulated using finite element simulation software. Pulsed driving is found to effectively lower the anode temperature and increase the X-ray emission of cold cathode flat panel X-ray source. The optimal pulsed driving conditions were predicted by the calculation.
