摘要
With the emphasis on environmental protection in various countries and the formulation and release of supply chain-related policies, there is a growing demand for green supply chains. The resilience level of green supply chains reflects the maturity of green supply chains, which emphasizes environmental protection and efficient use of resources. Therefore, it is important to improve the resilience of green supply chains. Under the conditions of environmental regulation, assessing the resilience of green supply chains helps enterprises to understand their resource allocation, adapt to market demand and policy and regulatory requirements, and improve their core competitiveness. Therefore, this paper proposes an improved intuitive fuzzy preference relational group decision-making method to evaluate the green supply chain resilience. This method takes into account the impact of environmental regulations and evaluates the resilience of green supply chains from different dimensions. It also introduces proximity, confidence, and hesitation in the expert weight calculation process to reduce subjectivity and personal bias in the evaluation process. Ultimately, the optimal weights for each dimension of the schemes are determined. These weights from the four dimensions are integrated to rank the schemes, thereby selecting the most favorable one. This work addresses the gaps in existing research on green supply chains, offering valuable insights for enterprises seeking to develop their green supply chain strategies. Furthermore, it provides a solid foundation for governments to formulate pertinent environmental regulations within the context of green supply chains.
