摘要
This study addresses a critical gap in sustainable entrepreneurship education (SEE) by highlighting the practical need for integrating inclusive transdisciplinary skills and inner development goals (IDGs) into curricula. It advocates for a sustainable, holistic approach incorporating diverse disciplines, experiential learning, and inner skills development to empower entrepreneurs capable of driving social impact. While current programs often emphasize critical thinking and teamwork, essential IDGs like "being" and "relating" are underdeveloped. This research demonstrates how embedding sustainability, service learning, and IDGs in SEE can equip future entrepreneurs with resilience, adaptability, and ethical leadership. The study provides actionable strategies and best practices for practitioners, educators, and policy makers to foster these skills, helping students become well-rounded, innovative leaders who can contribute to sustainable development and positive social change within their communities. The findings offer practical insights to enhance the effectiveness of SEE in addressing real-world challenges.
