摘要：

This paper investigated the orbital stability of the solitary waves of the coupled Schro<spacing diaeresis>dinger-BBM equation through abstract theoretical results and detailed spectral analysis. First, we derived the explicit exact solitary wave solutions of the coupled Schro<spacing diaeresis>dinger-BBM equation. Then, using the orbital stability theory developed by Grillakis et al., we established general criteria for assessing the orbital stability of these solitary waves.
