摘要
To regulate the microstructure and mechanical properties of 1Cr12Ni3MoVN alloy in additive manufacturing, ultrasound was employed to assist the direct energy deposition process. The influence of ultrasound on the alloy's microstructure and mechanical properties was investigated. The experimental results demonstrated that the grain size was significantly refined, columnar grains were largely eliminated, and plasticity was greatly enhanced. With the assistance of ultrasound, the average grain size was reduced by 50.1%, and the elongation increased by 71.6%. The ultrasound assistance technology facilitates the production of alloys with fine grains, minimal anisotropy, and excellent ductility.
