Crystal structure of 2-(4,6-dimethyl-12,13-dihydro-6H-6,12-methanobenzo [7,8][1,5]oxazocino[3,4-g]quinolin-2-yl)phenol and its recognition of Sn4+

摘要
This paper synthesized a quinoline derivative chemical sensor consisting of three components of amine-aldehyde- acetone, which was used to detect Sn4+ in acetonitrile. The detection limit for Sn4+ was 3.26 x 10-6 M The crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The title compound is L-shaped, with phenol and quinoline rings in the same plane. CrystalExplorer 17.5 was used to calculate Hirschfeld surfaces and twodimensional fingerprints. Using Multiwfn combined with VMD, RDG color filled surfaces are plotted and the weak intermolecular interactions are discussed. The results of theoretical calculation agree well with those of crystallographic analysis.
