摘要
In this paper, we report on the features of optical waveguide components using our materials for single-mode polymer optical waveguides intended for applications in CPO (Co-Packaged optics) and other fields. We also highlight the advantages of fluoropolymer materials and discuss the required characteristics for optical communication components.
