摘要
This work is the result of a working group that met at the Weissensee Conference 2024 of the Endometriosis Research Foundation. It was based on the available evidence on the subject of intestinal endometriosis and, where it was lacking, the clinical experience of the authors. The text is intended as a guideline for all those who bear responsibility for patients with this disease in everyday clinical practice. The text is explicitly not intended as a guideline, especially since the authors are not called upon to do so. Rather, it is intended to serve as a suggestion for drawing up internal clinic standards - with the aim of ensuring the quality of the procedure and thereby avoiding complications where possible or detecting them at an early stage.
