摘要
An efficient silver-catalyzed synthesis of (E)-vinyl sulfones was developed by denitrative radical cross-coupling of readily available thiophenols and nitroolefins. This reaction is initiated by generation of a thiyl radical or a sulfonyl radical from the thiophenol.
