摘要
Sustainable city is regarded as an important measure to alleviate urban problems and has received extensive concern. Meanwhile, the essence of urban regeneration is an optimization process of brownfeild, which coincides with the goal of sustainable city. With increasingly complex urban problems, the combination of regeneration practice and sustainable development theories has gradually become a consensus. This paper interprets the Dayanggou housing project in Nanjing, and put sustainability into practices at the community level based on the framework of DSR. The sustainable goals came from analysis of driving forces and states in the DSR model, which are associated with the response subject and the community form elements, and the pathway of sustainable regeneration and the result of sustainable community forms are explored. This study is an attempt to integrate the theory of sustainable development to the practice of urban regeneration, to provide experience and inspiration for the future community design.
