摘要
Technical professionals should understand the concepts underlying effective posters. We begin by identifying some misconceptions about posters before focusing on the what and why of processes, audience, and organization. The processes we address include design thinking, collaborating, and narrating. Attention to audience includes rhetorical appeals, accessibility, and content adaptations. Organization includes poster components, information design, and usability.
