摘要：
Background: The article provides an overview of the diagnostic changes of eating disorders in the ICD-11.Summary: The feeding and eating disorders now represent a single grouping in the ICD-11. New diagnostic categories are the binge-eating disorder and the avoidant-restrictive food intake disorder. The diagnostic criteria of anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge-eating-disorder have undergone some relevant changes that concern the weight criteria as well as the definition and frequency of binge eating episodes.Key Messages: Overall, the diagnostic changes in the area of feeding and eating disorders are less pronounced than for other mental disorders.
