摘要
Research on the pyrolysis kinetics of biomass typically employs either model-fitting or model-free techniques, or a combination of both, to ascertain the kinetic parameters. In the context of validation, comparing the conversion curves from simulation with experimental ones is the established method. Typically, we calculate the kinetic triplets individually and then concatenate them to re-simulate curve. This approach clearly delineates the potential for inaccuracy. This study proposes a novel method which combines model-fitting and model-free methods, eliminating the need for separate validation. This research aims to evaluate the bioenergy potential of bamboo, bagasse, and rice husk. However, the methodology of this study is universal and applicable to various biomasses. Using a set of available data for biomasses in India and around the world, this study offers state-of-the-art approach to determining biomass potential, allowing for study and comparison.
