摘要
The main purpose of this study is to present the logo design research of the Efeler Way Culture Route by employing scientific research methods and incorporating the perspectives of local residents to reflect the regions' unique identity and values. In the study, a qualitative research method was adopted to prepare logo designs specific to the villages by utilising the opinions of local people living in Efeler Way destination villages. Purposeful sampling was used to select participants, and interviews served as the primary data collection tool. In this direction, 40 separate focus interviews were conducted in 28 different villages and data were collected from 360 people. Qualitative data obtained from focus group interviews were analysed using content analysis. The findings revealed a wide variety of themes highlighting the region's diversity, including its historical and architectural identity, natural environment, agricultural products and intangible cultural heritage. As a result of these findings, the logo design process began with the creation of the Efeler Way logo, followed by village-specific logos. These designs aim to establish a cohesive visual identity for the Efeler Way while celebrating the cultural and historical richness of the region.
