摘要
This study aims to explore the theoretical foundations of our model regarding the relationships among IT capabilities, organizational learning, and organizational agility in SMEs in China, and to examine the direct impact of IT capabilities on agility and the moderating effect of organizational learning. Questionnaires were developed and distributed to senior and middle managers of SMEs in the Chinese manufacturing sector, resulting in 307 valid samples. The study employed structural equation modeling (SEM) using SPSS and AMOS to analyze the collected data. The results indicate a positive relationship between IT capabilities and organizational agility. Organizational learning positively moderates the relationship between IT capabilities and market agility. Additionally, organizational learning positively moderates the influence of IT knowledge and IT operation on technology agility. However, organizational learning does not significantly moderate the impact of IT infrastructure on technology agility.
