摘要
Virtual reality (VR) technology is a new practical technology developed in the 20th century, and now it has become a new way of communication and communication tool. However, under the impact of the Internet era, people have a broader and more convenient source of access to information though. However, the progress of the times has also had a significant impact on traditional culture, which has caused many excellent intangible cultural heritages to disappear from people's view gradually. However, with the high importance attached to intangible cultural heritage by the state in recent years, the relevant departments have proposed to use digital technology to preserve the local intangible cultural heritage intact. Therefore, this paper proposes establishing a kite display platform based on VR technology, and HTC Vive has been selected for platform development. In platform production, blender software is used as the primary modeling tool to build the whole platform model. Meanwhile, the Unity3D game development engine is used as the main development tool, and C# scripting language is used to realize the platform interaction function. The platform built in this paper realizes an immersive interactive experience for users, which is innovative and practical, freeing users from the restrictions of time and place in real life and providing a new way to promote traditional Chinese kites.
