Culture of Peace, Human Rights, Guarantees and Constitutional and Democratic State of Law

The culture of peace finds inspiration in the democratic ideal of inclusion, participation, and free expression of ideas, beliefs, and expressions. Peace is inserted here, in the base of the constitutional State as a human right, which is also recognized as having guarantees, which must respond effectively to any gesture that disturbs it. The problem today is the lack of affordability, accessibility, and scope of these, particularly of the amparo trial when dealing with diffuse interests. The journey around implementing guarantees in a context that is adverse to peace will lead us to identify the deficiencies and opportunities to trigger its preservation, in the face of the multiple manifestations of violence that fragment it.
